Device	Correct Level	Notes / Complications
ETT	Infants: Below thoracic inlet and Carina. Bit older: 15mm above carina. Child: 20mm above carina.
UVC	IVC-RA Junction. At or just above diaphragm D8-D9.	Umbilical Vein -> LEFT PV -> Ductus Venosus -> Middle or LEFT HV -> IVC -> RA. Too high can cause arrhythmia or perforation.
UAC	Ideal = High Line: D6-D10. Acceptable = Low line: L3-L4	Umbilical Artery -> Interal Iliac Artery -> Common Iliac Artery -> Aorta
